Years of experience, the best possible qualifications of our employees and the greatest possible care in the handling of your commissions allow us to meet both your and our highest quality expectations. We work only with native speakers, and we offer particularly strict clients commission handling in conformance with the four-eyes principle. In this process, at least two employees check the quality and formal correctness of your text.
- Trust. We will only take on your commission if we are certain that we can complete it optimally and to your total satisfaction. This also means that we decline commissions that are not in line with our profile or our understanding of textual work. Most notably, we do not offer academic ghost-writing.
- Wide range of services. Our range of services includes the production, optimisation and formatting of texts in over seventy languages. We also accept the design and organisation for the printing of products of all kinds. Translations, interpreting services, text coaching, plagiarism checking, SEO consulting and content management round out our Service.
- Close collaboration with you—our clients. We adapt completely to your requirements, conditions and, as much as possible, your deadlines. We provide you with intensive, individual advice.
- Absolute discretion. You can be sure that all of your information, personal or otherwise, that you share with us for the completion of your commission, will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be given to a third party without your consent. Any employees involved in working on your commission are of course subject to the obligation to confidentiality. Only the invoice data may be transmitted to financial authorities for fiscal reasons.
- Fair prices with no hidden costs. We naturally consider consultations, answers to questions about the suggested corrections and feedback on the text to be part of all of the text and language services that we offer. So they are always already included in the price.
